Philip Dion is a socialist realist born in 1973 in Ottawa, Ontario. He studied in 1995 at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux Arts de Paris, France, and received a Diploma in 1996 from Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, Vancouver, and pursued further studies at Concordia University, Montreal.
Scope and content
