Gary Morin is an artist born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 1951. He studied at Capilano College, Vancouver, where he received a Studio Art Diploma in 1993, later studying at Simon Fraser University visual arts programme from 1993-1994 and at the 1996 (Summer) Contemporary Artist's Institute, Intensive Workshop with George Ketterl and Lee Tribe, in 1996.
Scope and content
The work, entitled "Another Chance," consists of a copper box, 12.5 x 25 x 14 cm, with a slot in the centre of the upper face, and a text, on two pages in a plastic sleeve, by Gary Morin, signed by the artist, 25 x 28.5 cm, 1997.
