  7. DESCRIPTION:
  8.      This is a new generation of DOS menu system. From the user
  9.      who only needs to access programs quickly and easily (with a
  10.      touch of a key or two), to the user who needs to turn on all
  11.      the bells and whistles. LOGIMENU satisfies them all.
  12.      Extensive on-line help, EGA/VGA 43/50 line mode supported,
  13.      mouse support, password security, screen saver, hidden hot
  14.      keys, customizable help. All this in an attractive
  15.      presentation.

  17.      LOGIMENU can also remind you of important dates with its
  18.      Event Tracking. Brief, LOGIMENU can make your life much
  19.      easier. Furthermore, LOGIMENU does not use a single byte of
  20.      memory while your own programs run. Also included is
  21.      reporting system that allows you to generate various
  22.      interesting reports. Its automatic installation process
  23.      scans your hard drive for popular programs. One of its three
  24.      level of installation will suit your needs perfectly.

  26.      Up to 50 items per menu, 50 sub-menus (multiple levels), 80
  27.      commands per item and 30 general hidden hot keys. LOGIMENU
  28.      has enough room to satisfy the most demanding user.

  30. WHO IS THE INTENDED USER?

  33. UNIQUE FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM:
  34.      * Support 43/50 line mode for EGA/VGA monitors. The menu
  35.        and the DOS applications can be set in different modes.
  36.        The mode set in DOS does not affect the mode in which
  37.        LOGIMENU is set (unless DEFAULT mode is ON).
  38.      * Automatic installation. Easy enough for the beginner,
  39.        powerful enough for the most demanding.
  40.      * Event scheduler. There is no better place to put an event
  41.        scheduler than in a menu system.
  42.      * Hidden hot keys. Special keys (like function keys, or Alt
  43.        keys) can be set to work on any menus and sub-menus. For
  44.        frequently used functions, this is extremely helpful.
  45.      * Three levels of help. One of them is customizable.
  46.      * Truly mouse driven. The mouse interface is not a
  47.        keystroke simulator. It is really a completed mouse
  48.        interface with hot zones and mouse cursor.

  83.      Bounded manual, latest version on disk, telephone support,
  84.      all updates free of charges (we are only charging for
  85.      postage and handling), and a free PHONE DIRECTORY program
  86.      with auto-dial feature.

  88.      We also give the user a personal registration number and a
  89.      key code to get rid of the solicitation window.

  94. I.EXE       The INSTALL program. Must be started from INSTALL.BAT.
  95. INSTALL.BAT Installation batch file. The install should always be called
  96.             from that file.
  97. LMCOMP      Compressed file containing the following files:

  101. DISK#1      Disk Identification. This is required by the INSTALL program.
  102. L1          The main LOGIMENU program. INSTALL will copy this to LMENU.EXE

  104. L3          Contains the report generator. INSTALL will copy this to
  105.             LMREPORT.EXE
  106. L4          Contains the EVENT scheduler. INSTALL will copy this to LMEVENT.EXE
  107. README.EXE  Program for viewing text files. (Mainly the readme.txt file).
  108. INST.DAT    INSTALL data file. It contains the list of files that must be
  109.             installed.
  110. LMENUCFG.BW The configuration file for Black & White. INSTALL will copy this
  111.             to LMENU.CFG
  112. LMENUCFG.COLThe configuration file for color monitors. INSTALL will copy this
  113.             to LMENU.CFG
  114. BOOT.COM    Utility used to re-boot your computer.
  115. LMALARM.COM Memory resident alarm used by the ALARM in LOGIMENU ("ANYWHERE"
  116.             feature).
  117. MPAUSE.COM  Like the DOS PAUSE, but also checks for the mouse.
  118. README.TXT  "read me" data file. Use program README.EXE to view.
  119. LMENU.DAT   Sample MENU. This file must exist to allow LMENU to run.
