  29.     InspectA is being distributed under the "shareware" concept, and
  30.     is provided at no charge to the end-user purely for the purpsoes
  31.     of evaluation.   Feel free to share it with your friends, on the
  32.     condition that the package is provided complete  and  unaltered,
  33.     just  as you received it.   You must not give it away as part of
  34.     another package or system - software, hardware or otherwise.

  36.     The essence of "user-supported"  software is to provide personal
  37.     computer  users  with  quality software without the high prices,
  38.     and yet provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop
  39.     new products  and  improve  existing  ones.    If  you find this
  40.     program useful and you are using InspectA and continue to use it
  41.     after a reasonable trial period, you must take steps to register
  42.     it as per the instructions in the enclosed file "REGISTER.FRM".

  44.     Commercial users of InspectA must register and take steps to pay
  45.     for their copies of InspectA within 21 days of first use or this
  46.     license  to  evaluate  is  automatically revoked.   Site-license
  47.     arrangements may be made by  contacting the copyright holders or
  48.     its authorised distributor(s).

  50.     Sysops belonging to  either  the  FidoNet  or IntlNet electronic
  51.     mail networks and users for  personal  purposes  are  offered  a
  52.     special electronic-only discount registration!

  54.     Anyone distributing InspectA for any kind of  remuneration  must
  55.     first  contact  the  copyright  holders at the address below for
  56.     authorisation.    This  specifically  excludes  distribution via
  57.     "pay" BBS systems which simply charge a general  access  fee  to
  58.     users, or distribution on CDROM for the purposes  of placing  it
  59.     on a BBS system for public download.   This does, however, apply
  60.     to  distributors  who bundle shareware products and sell them on
  61.     diskette  or  other  media;   distribution  in  this  manner  is
  62.     prohibited without written consent of the authors.

  69.     entitled to receive upgrades to  future versions for free,  with
  70.     only a nominal charge to cover distribution costs.    A  printed
  71.     manual  and  diskette  will be supplied to users who order under
  72.     the commercial registration  scheme  (see  the accompanying file
  73.     REGISTER.FRM for details).
