  1. This is a legal agreement between Hans van Oostrom (AUTHOR) and the user 
  2. or distributer of YAWTELNET (USER) for the licencing of the YAWTELNET 
  3. Windows Sockets Telnet (PACKAGE).

  5. This licence permits USER to use PACKAGE under the following terms:
  6.  
  7. 1)    AUTHOR makes no guarantees, written or expressed, as to the purpose 
  8.     of this PACKAGE, its uses or abilities.  AUTHOR cannot be held 
  9.     responsible for damages incurring from the use or misuse of this PACKAGE.
  10.  
  11. 2)  USER is allowed to use PACKAGE for testing puposes only.
  12.  
  13. 3)  USER is not allowed to sell or modify PACKAGE, and USER is not allowed to
  14.     include PACKAGE with other software packages without permission from 
  15.     AUTHOR.
  16.     
  17. 4)  When PACKAGE is distributed it will have to include the following files:
  18.        YAWTEL.EXE
  19.        YAWTEL.TXT
  20.        LICENSE.TXT    (this file)
  21.  
  22. 4)  This license is valid only for version 0.2 beta of PACKAGE.

  24. 5)  All other rights are reserved by AUTHOR.

  27. Other license agreements (including source code license) are available from
  28. AUTHOR for a fee.
