  19. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the
  20. software for a 21 day evaluation period; make as many copies of
  21. the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you
  22. wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to
  23. anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and
  24. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There
  25. is no charge for any of the above.

  28. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from

  35. Evaluation and Registration

  38. This is not a free software.  This license allows you to use this
  39. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21
  40. days.  If you use this software after the 21 day evaluation period
  41. a registration fee of US$20 or CDN$25 is required.  Payments can only
  42. be in US or Canadian dollars drawn on a Canadian bank, and should be
  43. sent to the address in the order form.  When payment is received you
  44. will be sent a registered copy of the latest version of WinTAR.

  46. One registered copy of WinTAR may either be used by a single
  47. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  48. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  49. multiple people, but not both.  The registered version of WinTAR may not be 
  50. duplicated other than for backup purposes. A registered copy of for WinTAR
  51. treated like a book, in that the same registered copy of WinTAR may not be 
  52. used in more than one computer at the same time, just as a book may not
  53. be read by more than one person at the same time (without making an illegal
  54. copy).

  56. You may access the registered version of WinTAR through a network, provided 
  57. that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all 
  58. workstations and/or PCs that will access the software through the network.

  60. Governing Law

  63. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of
  64. British Columbia, Canada.

  66. Disclaimer of Warranty

  70. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY

  72. various hardware and software environments into which WinTAR may
  73. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
