  11.     Announcing a WinSock 1.1 compliant Network Time client for Windows.
  12. This is a FreeWare program, and I am releasing it somewhat as Lee Murach 
  13. has done with his TXTSRV program, and Ian Blenke with  WSMTPSRV.  All
  14. source code is included, all I ask is that if you use it, please drop me
  15. an email message (vorlon@hookup.net) with some comments about the program.
  16. If you wish, you can even send me $, since dial-up Internet SLIP access
  17. is not cheap.

  21.         -  Automatic execution mode using command-line arguments
  22.         -  Last five time servers accessed are added to Host Menu
  23.            for easy access
  24.         -  Option to modify local system's time or simply report time
  25.            returned from the time server
  26.         -  TCP or UDP connection option. The UDP portion is now fixed ;-)
  27.         -  A .HLP file is included which describes the programs operation
  28.         -  Complete source code is included
  29.         -  Uses asynchronous WinSock functions

  32.     However, I do not want the headache of supporting this program, which
  33. is why I have created a .HLP file.  But what I hope is for MS-Windows
  34. programmers who wish to create public domain WinSock software can use
  35. this code as a guide for creating other public domain WinSock server
  36. programs.  You can create commercial/shareware programs, but you MUST
  37. abide by the distribution agreement in this software's copyright.
