  1. To use this software, you must have a installed a WinSock 1.1 
  2. compliant TCP/IP stack.

  4. 1) Copy the files in this archive to a directory.
  5. 2) Copy the CTL3D.DLL to your Windows System directory, unless
  6.    there already is a copy there.
  7. 3) Run the FINGERD.EXE program.
  8. 4) Use the File Setup command to configure the program.
