  10. PWatch is a utility program which reports the usage of NT system resources, 
  11. both overall and on a per-process basis.  With PWatch, you can observe what 
  12. resource amounts are being used by which processes, either at a particular 
  13. moment in time (real-time display), or averaged over longer periods.

  15. The following resources are monitored:  
  16.     CPU time  
  17.     system memory  
  18.     page faults  
  19.     disk I/O operations
  20.     disk I/O data rates  
  21.     disk I/O busy time

  26. PWatch is a shareware program.  The license price is $20 for unlimited usage 
  27. on one computer.  If you keep and use this program, you are morally and 
  28. legally obligated to purchase a license.  The license entitles you to all 
  29. future releases of PWatch.

  31. You may freely redistribute PWatch, as long as this file and all other files 
  32. in the original distribution are included.  Source code (C++) is available for 
  33. $40 and a written agreement not to use it for commercial purposes.
