  1. 1. Overview

  3. NTbanner is a little utility that shows the memory-utilization of 
  4. Microsoft Windows NT.
  5.  
  6. When iconified you see 3 bars. They show you from left to right:
  7.  
  8. Memory Busy        -    yellow bar
  9. physical memory    usage    -    green bar
  10. page-file usage        -    blue bar
  11.  
  12. When the usage of the memory exceeds 80 percent, the color of the bar turns to red.
  13. This isn't something to worry about, 'cause the physical memory usage-bar  will be 
  14. red most of the time.

  16. When the window is restored, you see the same 3 bars plus the percentage-factor 
  17. in digits. 
  18.  
  19. New in Version V1.0 is the menuitem 'Always on top' which does exactly that.

  21. 2. Why 'Banner' ?
  22.  
  23. The name 'Banner' is taken from a famous utility for VAX/VMS wich is called
  24. DECwindows-Banner.
