  17. Program Description

  20. ButtonStar Deluxe is a full featured Desktop Manager (program launcher) for Windows 3.1x. It 
  21. replaces the chaos and limitations of Program Manager with a common sense approach to 
  22. desktop management.
  23.  
  24. ButtonStar Deluxe is first and foremost a Windows Shell program. Designed from the outset to 
  25. be easy to use, simple to configure and logical in it's approach to the way you work. ButtonStar's 
  26. initial interface comprises of a two page matrix of 36 buttons each. Buttons can be configured to 
  27. launch a DOS or Windows program, or control one of sixteen (16) separate Tool bars  each 
  28. containing nine buttons. The Tool bar's function the same as the main Button Bar, where each 
  29. button can be configured for program launch. The Tool bar allows you to keep like programs or 
  30. projects together. In total this provides the user with 216 programmable buttons.

  66. configured to load or run at the beginning of your windows session or they can be launched when your system is idle. 
  67. Similar to the screen saver concept, programs designated for idle launch, won't launch until your system has 
  68. been idle for a specified period of time.
