  10. You are granted permission to include the ButtonStar
  11. for Windows Evaluation(Shareware) version in your 
  12. distribution offering, as long as you meet the following
  13. conditions:
  14.  
  15. 1. The per disk cost for ButtonStar does not exceed $7.95
  16.  
  17. 2. That all the files listed below are included with
  18. your distribution vehicle.
  19.  
  20. 3. That you check the integrity of the *Shareware limitations
  21. of ButtonStar. (ie. Recent CD-ROM distribution of a hacked version
  22. of ButtonStar Deluxe v5.0.4) before placing it on media or CD-ROM.
  23.  
  24. 4. CD-ROM or Disk distributors, must notify the author by mail or 
  25. fax, of their including ButtonStar in their product.
  26.  
  27. *Shareware limitations of ButtonStar.
  28. The features of this version of ButtonStar for Windows program is fully 
  29. functional, and differs from the registered version in that only 16 buttons
  30. and one group tool bar are User configurable.
