  18. When you start and then quit Microsoft Excel 5.0 for Windows under Windows
  19. NT, and then you attempt to start another 16-bit application, an error
  20. message may appear or the hourglass pointer appears and the application
  21. fails to start. Other 16-bit applications do start after you log off and
  22. then log back on to Windows NT.

  27. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
  28. Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S.
  29. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. For
