  15. Microsoft Corporate Support has now established a support server on the
  16. Internet that contains materials for Windows NT, LAN Manager, Mail, and SQL
  17. products. The server has Knowledge Base articles, selected patches and
  18. fixes, documentation, drivers, and marketing information.

  20. The name of the server is GOWINNT.MICROSOFT.COM and the IP address is
  21. 198.105.232.1. Customers can FTP to it, logging on as "anonymous" with
  22. their full Internet email name as the password.
