  19. During printing, Print Manager uses 100% CPU time. This can create
  20. problems like system slow-downs if you are also running an
  21. application like SQL Server.

  26. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and
  27. Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in
  28. the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced
  29. Server version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack,
