  18. After you detach and reattach the Token Ring cable from your computer,
  19. Windows NT may go to a blue stop screen. This problem occurs when you
  20. have the SNA Server service running. The following event is logged:

  22.    233: DLC command failed, error code 23

  27. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows
  28. NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the
  29. latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server
  30. version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on
  31. the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the
  32. spaces):
