  18. An error message may appear that states one of the volumes in a
  19. striped set with parity can no longer be accessed. This error message
  20. may appear several times a day. The SCSI driver, DPTSCSI.SYS, has a
  21. problem that creates this error.

  26. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows
  27. NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the
  28. latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server
  29. version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on
  30. the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the
  31. spaces):
