  18. On a domain, if the NetLogon service is not started and you try to use
  19. Chat or ClipBook Viewer to connect to a computer running Windows NT,
  20. you may be prompted for a password even if a password should not be
  21. necessary.

  26. To workaround the error messages and use NetDDE applications, verify
  27. that the NetLogon service is started on the Windows NT computer you
  28. are attempting to connect to.
