- On a domain, if the NetLogon service is not started and you try to use
- Chat or ClipBook Viewer to connect to a computer running Windows NT,
- you may be prompted for a password even if a password should not be
- necessary.

- RESOLUTION
- ==========

- To workaround the error messages and use NetDDE applications, verify
- that the NetLogon service is started on the Windows NT computer you
- are attempting to connect to.

- Workgroups computer, you will receive the following error message:

- A connection could not be established to the specified computer.
