  18. The Storage Dimensions SCSI Host adapters are manufactured by the
  19. BusLogic Corporation, even though Storage Dimensions sells the
  20. adapters with their own brand name. Therefore, if you have a Storage
  21. Dimensions SCSI host adapter, the adapter may work correctly under
  22. Windows NT provided Windows NT Setup identifies the card as a member
  23. of the BusLogic family of adapters.

  28. According to Storage Dimensions, the following Storage Dimensions SCSI
  29. host adapters appear to work correctly under Windows NT:

  31.  - SDC3222F (for EISA architecture computers)
  32.  - SDC3222B (for EISA architecture computers)
  33.  - SDC3211F (SCSI II for MCA architecture computers)
  34.  - SDC3211B (SCSI II for MCA architecture computers)

  36. The letter designation of "F" in the model number represents the "SCSI
  37. II FAST" interface. This interface has a data transfer rate of up to
  38. 10 MBs (megabytes per second). The letter designation of "B"
  39. represents the "SCSI II" interface. This interface has a data transfer
  40. rate of up to 5 MBs.

  42. Because these Storage Dimensions SCSI host adapter cards do not
  43. actually appear on the Windows NT Hardware Compatibility List,
  44. Microsoft cannot guarantee that they will work correctly with Windows
  45. NT.

  47. The Storage Dimensions cards with model numbers SDC1602F and SDC1602B
  48. have not yet been tested with Windows NT. This article will be updated
  49. when this information becomes available.
