  16.      serious, system-wide problems that may require you to
  17.      reinstall Windows NT to correct them. Microsoft cannot
  18.      guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of
  19.      Registry Editor can be solved. Use this tool at your own

  23. The following problems may occur when you run Pack Rat under Windows
  24. NT:
  25.  
  26.  - Borders next to continuous agenda items are missing.
  27.  
  28.  - On RISC-based computers, you are unable to start Windows help files.
  29.    This is because there is no default association set up for the .HLP
  30.    extension. To add this extension, perform the following procedure:

  33.    1. Start Registry Editor.
  34.  
  35.    2. Go to the following hive and key:
  36.  
  37.       HKEY_USERS\DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT
  38.       \CurrentVersion\Extensions
  39.  
  40.    3. Choose Add Value from the Edit menu and add the following value:

  42.       hlp : REG_SZ : winhlp32.exe ^.hlp
  43.  
  44.    4. Exit Registry Editor.
  45.  
  46.    Windows help files should now start normally.
