  15. Windows NT does not provide the ability to force a user to log off a
  16. computer after a period of inactivity by default.

  18. You can add this capability programatically to Windows NT with a
  19. screen saver that calls the ExitWindowsEx API. Third-party application
  20. vendors may provide a forced logoff solution, but it is not included
  21. with Windows NT.
