  19. The following is a dialog box that may appear when you are using the
  20. Windows NT Setup program:

  22.    The driver(s) for this <hardware> Device are already on the
  23.    system. Do you want to use the currently installed driver(s)
  24.    or install new one(s).

  26. If you choose the Help button in this dialog box, the following error
  27. message will appear:

  29.    Help is not available for this request.

  34. There is no Help topic for this dialog box. WINHELP will start, but will
  35. display the error message.

  40. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.1
  41. and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. We are researching this
  42. problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge
