-
- SYMPTOMS
- ========
-
- Windows NT Terminal cannot save a TRM file with uppercase letters even
- if it is being saved to an NTFS or HPFS partition.
-
- Steps to Reproduce Problem
- --------------------------
-
- 1. Open Terminal from the Accessories group.
-
- 2. From the File menu, choose Save As.
-
- 3. Try to type capital letters in the File Name box.
-
- You will not be able to use capital letters in the filename. This
- occurs when trying to use the SHIFT key as well as the CAPS LOCK key.
- The type of file system (NTFS, HPFS, or FAT) makes no difference.
-
- RESOLUTION
- ==========
-
- To workaround this problem, save the file to an NTFS or HPFS partition
- with Terminal and then use the File Manager to rename the file to
- uppercase letters.
