  15. If you try to move or copy an HPFS file or directory with a long name
  16. to a FAT partition, the following error message appears:
  17.  
  18.    "File Manager cannot create directory <directory name>:
  19.    The specified name is already used by a file."
  20.  
  21. This error message is generated because the HPFS file system maintains
  22. no short name for file or directory name conversion.
