  15. Microsoft includes a Software Compatibility Test with copies of the
  16. Win32 Software Development Kit (SDK) released since March, 1993. This
  17. kit includes 16-bit debugging support to enable you to debug an
  18. application in Windows NT. You can use the kit to independently test
  19. your application for compatibility with Windows NT. Microsoft worked
  20. with many independent software vendors (ISVs) and sought their input
  21. to enhance the compatibility of Windows NT with applications developed
  22. for 16-bit Windows 3.1 and for MS-DOS.
