  18. An attempt to print envelopes with a Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 550C
  19. printer prints envelopes upside-down relative to the diagram on the
  20. printer.

  25. This is a limitation in the information the Windows NT printer driver
  26. users to characterize the printer.

  31. Insert envelopes upside-down relative to the diagram on the printer.

  36. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a limitation of the HP DeskJet 550C
  37. driver provided with Windows NT. We are researching this problem and
  38. will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it
  39. becomes available.
