Transcription: By 1959, when almost a million men a month were sharing Hefner's dream of the good life, he decided he was ready to start living it himself. He became Mr. Playboy. After having spent most of the 50s behind the desk creating the family, fantasy, I really started living out the fantasy. I reinvented myself. When I look back at the footage, I can see that reinvention. A very pompous kid, but behind the pomposity, I was running as fast as I could to get away from the life I didn't want to live, the life that I saw in my parents' life.
