  19. This is the third reprint based on the original X-Philes CD-Rom that were
  20. first released 1995-04-01 in Sweden. This CD contains over 21000 files 
  21. about almost everything you can imagine. There are files about everything 
  22. from Star Trek to advanced programming.
  23.  
  24. The name of this product has changed from X-Philes to Black Philes 1 
  25. due to some legal problems with the use of the X-Philes name and logotype.
  26. Almost the files are the same as the one found on the X-Philes CD. 
  27. Only the FAQ files and some programming and utility files have been 
  28. updated.

  32. The filebrowser for this CD is called X-viewer and you have to do the
  33. following to install the browser in Windows:
  34.  
  35. To install the software you just run the SETUP.EXE program from the \INSTALL 
  36. directory and then follow the instructions. The setup.exe software will copy 
  37. the software to your harddisk and create a program icon for it.
  38.  
  39. If you don't want to install the software on your computer, you always 
  40. run the XVIEWER.EXE directly from the CD-Rom instead. This version of the
  41. browser are located in the \EXEC directory.

  43. Check the built in helpfile in the browser for more information on how to use 
  44. the software.
