  6. Popgroup is a simple little program launcher for Windows 3.
  7. Just double-click on it and it will install itself.  You
  8. can invoke PopGroup by clicking the right-mouse button
  9. anywhere on the desktop (i.e. not on an open window).
  10.  
  11. PopGroup builds a menu based upon the Program Manager
  12. group information.  Any application which Program
  13. Manager has installed into a group can be launched
  14. directly from PopGroup.  PopGroup is freeware....

  20. (1)     A "Run..." menu option allowing you to execute any
  21.         program which isn't in a Program Manager group.
  22.  
  23. (2)     Ability to use PopGroup as a shell. If you make 
  24.         PopGroup into a shell now, your system will hang.
  25.  
  26. (3)     Automatic execution of anything in the WIN.INI
  27.         "load" and "run" sections.
  28.         
  29. (4)     Auto reconfiguration when a Program Manager group 
  30.         file is changed.
