  1. Second Copy, a shareware program

  4. This is a fully functional version of Second Copy, a shareware program,
  5. that you can use only for evaluation purposes for a period of 30 days.
  6. After that time, if you decide to use it, you must order a registered 
  7. version of the program from Centered Systems.  
  8.  
  9. Feel free to distribute copies of this program to other users for
  10. evaluation as long as you distribute all the files in their entirety.
  11. This includes the following files:

  13.    seccopy.exe, seccopy.ini, seccopy.hlp, readme.txt

  15. About Second Copy
  16. =================

  18. Second Copy periodically monitors your disk directories for your
  19. important files and makes a second copy of those files to another disk
  20. or network drive.  Automatically updates these second copies when you 
  21. make changes or additions to your files.  Works in background.  Easy to
  22. install and configure.  Set it up once and forget about it,  your
  23. important files will be saved twice.  Works with Windows 3.0 & 3.1

  25. Installation instructions
  26. =========================

  28. You can install Second Copy for use by one person on the local hard disk
  29. or on a LAN for use by multiple people.
  30.  
  31. 1.  For single user, copy the following files to your hard disk under 
  32.     a directory of your choice.   Suggested directory - c:\seccopy
  33.        
  34.        a)  seccopy.exe
  35.        b)  seccopy.ini
  36.        c)  seccopy.hlp
  37.  
  38. 2.  For LAN use, copy the following files to a LAN drive.  Do not copy the 
  39.     seccopy.ini file.

  41.        a)  seccopy.exe
  42.        b)  seccopy.hlp
  43.       
  44. 3.  Add an entry in Program Manager for SecCopy.EXE. Make sure that you
  45.     specify the full path name.  If you are using Windows 3.1, specify the
  46.     path where Second Copy resides in the working directory.

  48. 4.  Start Second Copy and read the on line Help.
