  9. This package contains the executable and support files for Attributes
  10. version 1.2.  See the Write file, ATTRIB.WRI, (or ATTRIB_R.WRI for
  11. registered versions) for further information.
  12.  
  13. This version fixes a minor bug that left a second instance of the
  14. program in a loop instead of exiting, and fixes a small inconsistency
  15. in the Time Stamp function that prevented the use of the 12-Hour AM/PM
  16. format.
  17.  
  18. Moreover, major modifications have been made to the License Agreement
  19. and Registration policies outlined in the documentation for version
  20. 1.1 and before.  From this date forth, these new policies will be the
  21. terms of all new registrations and previous policies shall apply ONLY
  22. to users who registered before this date.

  24. If this package contains the Shareware version of Attributes, see the
  25. files, LICENSE.WRI, REGISTER.WRI, and ATTRIB.WRI for details.

  38. documentation has been rewritten to reflect this.
