  9. BIVIDISC is the Copyrighted material of JiffySoft. It may be used only in 
  10.        accordance with the conditions that follow:

  12. BIVIDISC is distributed for evaluation purposes only.
  13.  
  14. BIVIDISC is not in the public domain, and it is not free software.

  16. JiffySoft grants users a license to use this software providing
  17. that BIVIDISC is not modify in any way, including but not limited to,
  18. decompiling, disassembling, or any other way of reverse engineering.

  20. All users are granted permission to copy BIVIDISC for distribution
  21. to others for evaluation, as long as it is copied in unmodified form.
