  62.    1.  Now prints directly to envelopes.

  64.    3.  No more GDI objects left around after exiting Address Manager
  65.    4.  Dates now support all international formats and are listed
  66.        according to the setting in Control Panel.
  67.    5.  Phone number fields, names and state field allow more 
  68.        characters.
  69.    6.  Large files are now loaded *much* faster than before.
  70.    7.  New view mode--All Important Dates which shows the birthday

  147.            HOW TO INSTALL ADDRESS MANAGER 
  148.  
  149.   Use our snazzy setup program...
  150.  
  151.     1) Close down all extraneous Windows applications.  
  152.        (You do have to be in Windows to run WSETUP.EXE)
  153.  
  154.     2) Double-Click on the WSETUP.EXE program.
  155.  
  156.     3) When the setup program asks for a directory, specify initial 
  157.        directory, or accept the given default (C:\ADDRESS).

  160.   NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE ADDRESS MANAGER UP AND RUNNING, SELECT THE 
  161.     FILE/SETTINGS... MENU AND PUT YOUR CORRECT AREA CODE INSIDE.

  165.       CONVERTING DATA FROM OTHER FORMATS
  166.  
  167.  A handy conversion utility, written in our *just wonnerful* Windows batch
  168.  language, WinBatch, has been provided for your convenience.  You will find
  169.  a compiled version of the batch file on the diskette (ADIMPORT.EXE).  
  170.  
  171.  To convert your pre-existing data files, follow the steps below.
  172.  
  173.  1) Make an input file in our standard format.  The input file for ADIMPORT
  174.  may be either comma or tab delimited.  Items may be enclosed within double
  175.  quotes.  Most any product can export these types of files.  dBase, 123,
  176.  Excel, and most any reasonable program can export these files.
  177.  
  178.  2) If the fields your program manages to export are not in our 
  179.  "standard format", use a product like Excel, 123, AsEasyAs, dBase,
  180.  PC-File, or many others to move the columns around.  
  181.  (Consult the product documentation or their tech support people to
  182.  do this.  Don't call us, we don't have a clue.)
  183.  
  184.  3) You MUST use the IN extension.  A valid file name would be ADIMPORT.IN
  185.  
  186.  4) Oh.  Our standard format is defined below.  All the following lines 
  187.  will work.  (Oh and where you see a %, we really mean TAB)
  188.

  190.    The input file for ADIMPORT may be either comma or tab delimited.  
  191.    Individual items may be optionally enclosed within double quotes.

  225.  5) Run Address Manager, and make sure it comes up and runs with the correct
  226.  data file.  Now you are ready.  Run the ADIMPORT.EXE or the ADIMPORT.WBT
  227.  file, Select the desired file to import, specify type of file (Tab or
  228.  Comma delimited) and watch.  (About 8 seconds an address on my machine)

  232.             ON-LINE SUPPORT

  234.  Address Manager has on-line support on a number of computer systems.

  237.  First of all, the home of Address Manager is on Compuserve, in the
  238.  WINAPA forum, in the Wilson WindowWare section (#15 currently).  Also
  239.  the latest and greatest downloads are available from DL15 of the
  240.  WINAPA forum.  The Wilson WindowWare section of the WINAPA forum
  241.  is checked on a daily basis, and all questions will be responded to.

  243.  The FidoNet Windows echomail conference is also monitored for Windows
  244.  questions in general.  Questions about Windows and Address Manager will
  245.  be answered in the echo.

  280.  Address Manager is not and has never been public domain 
  281.  software, nor is it free software. 
  282.  
  283.  Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use Address
  284.  Manager on a 21-day trial basis for the purpose of determining 
  285.  whether Address Manager is suitable for their needs.  The use 
  286.  of Address Manager, except for the initial 21-day trial, 
  287.  requires registration.  The use of unlicensed copies of Address 
  288.  Manager, outside of the initial 21-day trial, by any person, 
  289.  business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is 
  290.  strictly prohibited.

  292.  A single user license permits a user to use Address Manager
  293.  only on a single computer.  Licensed users may use the
  294.  program on different computers, but may not use the program
  295.  on more than one computer at the same time.

  297.  No one may modify or patch the Address Manager executable files 
  298.  in any way,  including but not limited to decompiling, 
  299.  disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the program.

  301.  A limited license is granted to copy and distribute Address

  350.   free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming
  351.   normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of
