  3.                         SHAREWARE LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS

  5. Shareware distributors (those who sell Shareware disks) are granted permission
  6. to copy these MCR Agency, Inc. disk(s) only under the following conditions.
  7. Any exceptions to these conditions must be received in writing from MCR
  8. Agency, Inc.
  9.  
  10. 1. You can only distribute MEN ON WOMEN/WOMEN ON MEN if you received the
  11.    master disks directly from MCR Agency, Inc.  
  12.    You may not distribute copies of MEN ON WOMEN/WOMEN ON MEN if you received
  13.    the master copy from a source other than MCR Agency, Inc.

  15. 2. You can charge a disk copying fee for the cost of media, shipping and
  16.    handling provided it does not exceed $5.00 per disk or $10.00 total.

  18. 3. You cannot sell or distribute this program in connection with or as part of
  19.    some more inclusive product or service.  Nor can you rent, lease, abridge
  20.    or otherwise modify this program.

  22. 4. You may only copy disks that have the word "Shareware" on the disk label.

  24. 5. Due to licensing restrictions on our installation program these disk(s) are
  25.    not authorized for uploading to BBS or electronic bulletin boards.  Contact
  26.    us for information about our BBS version.

  28. 6. MCR Agency, Inc. reserves all rights to its copyrighted material including
  29.    the right to revoke this license with written notice.
