  13.     CYRIL.TXT, article entitled "Software Solutions
  14. for Cyrillic," published in the ATA Chronicle (a publication
  15. of the American Association of Translators), April, 1991.
  16. It describes many ways of accessing Russian & other Cyrillic
  17. characters on various computers.

  19.     ENG-AMER.TXT. This article is entitled "How `Correct' Is
  20. British English?" and will be published in two parts in the
  21. February and March, 1992, issues of Translation News.  It deals
