  16.         Problem: How do you access a security protected hard drive
  17.         that has one or both of the following:

  19.         1. Corrupted essential file (command.com)
  20.         2. Confused configuration that fails load
  21.     
  22.         Solution: Use the Install/Boot disk which will ask for the
  23.         password, answer it, then exit from the install to the OS and
  24.         correct the Hard drive problem.

  27.         A virus that has attacked command.com
  28.         A corrupted primary file
  29.         An error in judgment on configuration

  31.         1. Boot from install disk
  32.         2. Enter password
  33.         3. Esc to DOS or reinstall
  34.         4. The hard drive should now be accessable for repair.
