  13.   This is a "walking lines" screen blanker. Seems to work on all common
  14. displays. Source included. This is not a TSR which takes up memory and
  15. comes on when you least want it, but a program you can run when you are
  16. going to be away from your system for a while and want to protect your
  17. phosphor.
