  1. CS is a compiler shell or driver for the Microsoft C, Pascal and FORTRAN
  2. compilers, MASM and all their development tools and the FLEX and BISON
  3. scanner/parser generator programs. It is intended to provide a flexible
  4. but much simpler way to manage program development than all the MAKE
  5. utilities do. It is designed specifically for the MS compilers and will
  6. not work with Borland or other compilers. It allows even the compilation
  7. of Windows or PM programs and DLL's in a simple manner.

  9. This is a shareware program. Any $$$ donation is welcome.
  10. For a $30 or more donation you will get a disk with the next
  11. major version when it becomes available.
