  1. This is the 1.999.9 version, ported to OS/2.  The first three were 1.999,
  2. 1.999.1 and 1.999.8, which this supercedes.

  4. This one doesn't appear to have ANY known problems at this time.

  6. Note that I sent my testable MSGS.CMD file, which copies MSGEDT.CFG to
  7. MSGED.CFG before invoking MSGEDP, so I included my config file as
  8. MSGEDT.CFG (and look at it and READ.ME very closely, lots of the stuff
  9. has changed).  Oh, and you may want to uncomment the rename of the
  10. LASTREAD pointer file to READLAST;  this enables you to run two versions
  11. of MSGED during testing.
