  2.                   README FOR CAPTURE.EXE

  4. This README file accompanies CAPTURE.ZIP.  The following files are
  5. included for this revision:

  9. Purpose:
  10. This new version of CAPTURE.EXE PTF v3.50 is intended to replace the 
  11. previous version of the NetWare CAPTURE.EXE utility that for NetWare
  12. v2.x and v3.x  This new utility fixes a banner printing problem.  If a user
  13. logs in as user "A" and runs capture, then logs out, followed by logging in
  14. again as user "B," then runs capture as user "B," the banner page prints the
  15. name of the previous user ("A"), instead of user "B" as it should.

  18. Installation:
  19.        1)     Make a backup copy of the original CAPTURE.EXE.
  20.        2)     Then copy this new file of CAPTURE.EXE over the original
  21.               version.
  22.  
  23. Comments:
  24. This problem is due to LOGIN.EXE not clearing out the banner in the shell
  25. when it is executed. LOGIN.EXE will be modified in future versions t(after
  26. NetWare v3.11 and v2.2) to reflect this change.
