  4. Emerald Coast Software Distributors guarantee our disk to be readable on
  5. IBM PC compatible computers. If you get an error while making a backup or
  6. copying a file from one of our disks within 30 days of purchase, return
  7. the disk directly to Emerald Coast Software Distributors for a new copy 
  8. of the same disk.

  10. Emerald Coast Software Distributors makes no other warranties or 
  11. guarantee concerning these disks or programs. We assume no 
  12. responsibility, for loss arising from the use, or inability to use any 
  13. software we distribute.

  15. In no case shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for
  16. the particular disk in question.

  18. We reserve the right to replace any programs with ones of as good or 
  19. better quality, or to give you a refund of purchase price for any disk 
  20. that we discontinue to distribute.

  22.    You must return any defective disk for replacement within 30 days of
  23.    receipt of shipment.
