  22.           use of the Tolman Dental Program, Version 3.1.  This information
  23.           applies to individual users who wish to pass copies out to
  24.           friends and associates.

  26.           User Groups, Computer Clubs, Disk Vendors and Distributors,
  27.           Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should
  28.           refer to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information relating to
  29.           them.

  42.           Copyright (c) 1986 thru 1992 by Peter T. Smith D.D.S.  All rights

  47.           provisions.  Any use of this software in violation of Copyright
  48.           law or the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to

  51.           "Distribution Restrictions".

  67.           without registering the software is a violation of the terms of
  68.           this limited license.

  70.           Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  71.           decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
  72.           the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any
  73.           such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  74.           termination of this license.

  83.           authorizes distribution by individuals only in accordance with
  84.           the following restrictions.

  94.           Individuals are hereby granted permission by Peter T. Smith  to
  95.           copy the Tolman Dental Program diskette for their own use (for
  96.           evaluation purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY
  97.           when the following conditions are met.

  99.           The Tolman Dental Program package is defined as containing all the
  100.           material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files
  101.           listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file
  102.           itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  103.           distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  104.           complete package suitable for distribution.

  106.               o  The Tolman Dental Program package - including all related
  107.                  program files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified
  108.                  in any way and must be distributed as a complete package,
  109.                  without exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of
  110.                  all files that are part of the Tolman Dental Program package.

  112.               o  No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  113.                  Tolman Dental Program package.  A distribution cost may be
  114.                  charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping and
  115.                  handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed

  128.               o  The Tolman Dental Program package CANNOT be sold as part of
  129.                  some other inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any
  130.                  commercial software packaging offer, without a written
  131.                  agreement from Peter T. Smith.

  133.               o  The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or
  134.                  in part, using any means, without the written permission
  135.                  of Peter T. Smith.  In other words, the disk-based
  136.                  documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED (hardcopy)
  137.                  form.

  139.               o  The Tolman Dental Program package cannot be "rented" or
  140.                  "leased" to others.

  142.               o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
