  6. It can make a database for your assets and liabilities, budget and track
  7. your home finances, print addresses on envelopes (laser printers only) or
  8. labels, calculate various payments and interest for your finances, schedule
  9. and track maintenance on your home, create a general database of things to
  10. do, and track your vehicle maintenance and make databases of lists of
  11. general items, names, addresses and phone numbers, and your important
  12. records. You can print all of these records. There is also a built-in
  13. calculator and calendar to view each month of any year.
