  6. to the death of Mr Richard Branson, whose body was found at the bottom of the
  7. Canary Wharf in Docklands. Witnesses say Mr Branson <Was trying to fly, but
  8. failed> when seen departing from his 13th Floor office window. The
  9. unattributable source has repeatedly stated that the government never has
  10. and never will run any sort of quasi-secret police force in Britain.▀
