  8.          This program will convert all lowercase characters in a text
  9.          file to uppercase. You must supply the filename of the file you
  10.          want to perform this action on, including path if necessary,
  11.          and also the output filename, again including path if
  12.          necessary. The resulting text file will be completely in
  13.          uppercase letters. The program is very simple to use can can
  14.          prove useful for formatting programming source codes to become
  15.          uniform. Thank you for using MacroWare Software. If you find
