  8. into your programmer, and an EPROM programmed & compared, until you have
  9. complete confidence in it.  This program is released into the public
  10. domain with the understanding that it cannot be re-sold.  The user
  11. assumes all responsiblity for testing & use.

  14. code intact!  I come from the "old school", and will not release anything
  15. without source code.  This allows users to improve the program, if desired.
