- Colorado Utilities File Set (CUSET)
-
- How do you "force" your back-up program to include a file that hasn't changed?
- -or- set your files to a specific date or time. File Set (CUSET) will do it
- for you. CUSET will allow you to set any of the file attributes (except
- 'Volume Label' and 'Directory'). This means you can set the 'Archive'
- attribute and on the next back-up, your back-up program will think the file
- has been changed and include it in the file dump. Real simple! Use CUSET to
- place specific date stamps on files during development, and the version number
- gets placed in the file time. (example: version 1.1 of CUSET will have a time
- of 01:10 and versions between 1.0 and 1.1 will be 1:01, 1:02, etc.
-
- There is an unlimited number of ways to maintain better control over your
- files than to let DOS 'default' to whatever settings it wants. CUSET will
- hide/unhide files; make files read write/read only; set files to system /
- non-system (can be deleted) and set the date and time. The uses are
- virtually unlimited for such a simple utility.
