  79. This selection allows a search to be made for a text
  80. string in the frame texts,  producing a ~Npaged list~E
  81. showing the line of text containing the string and
  82. the  frame within which it was found. You can select
  83. one of the located frames, and you can note the
  84. frames for later viewing using the ~NINS~E key when
  85. the cursor is over their reference. Press any key
  86. during the search to abort at the current point.

  90. This produces a ~Npaged list~E showing
  91. the named file, and permits searching and
  92. bidirectional paging through the file.

  104. key.  When you wish to return, type
  105. 'EXIT' at the DOS prompt.

  110. and returns to DOS.
  111. .NOTE INS
  112. Pressing the  INS  key when viewing a
  113. frame  or  when  positioned   over  a
  114. reference  will  add  a  reference to
  115. the  noted  frames  list,  for  later
  116. selection from the ~NNoted frames~E menu.
  117. The  ~NDEL~E  key can be  used  to remove
  118. noted references from the list.
  119. .NOTE DEL
  120. The DEL key can be used
  121. to remove  noted frames
  122. from the  notepad list.
  123. Simply position the
  124. cursor for selection
  125. and press the DEL key.
  126. .NOTE popup menu
  127. You can select from a  popup menu
  128. by using the cursor keys or mouse
  129. to  highlight  the  option  to be
  130. selected, then press  LEFT  mouse
  131. button or RETURN (ENTER) key.  Or
  132. select using function keys for F1
  133. to F0 or  shifted  function  keys
  134. for S1 to S0.     Press the RIGHT
  135. mouse button or the ESCAPE key or
  136. select outside the menu to cancel.
  137. .NOTE Paged list
  138. Paged lists, such as the contents
  139. list,  allow you to page  through
  140. the list using the PgDn, PgUp and
  141. Home keys.       You can select a
  142. frame reference just as you do in
  143. the frame display.  Some function
  144. keys may also be used  in a paged
  145. list  display,  and depend on the
  146. list being viewed.
  147. .NOTE Key
  148. A ~Mmenu~PNKey~E gives a menu.
  149. A ~Nnote~PNKey~E displays a note.
  150. A ~Freference~PNKey~E allows a
  151. new frame to be selected.
  152. An ~Aaction~PNKey~E does some
  153. other action.
  154. An ~Iinput field~Pp%s;NKey~E permits some
  155. value to be entered.
