  5.         ULTRAMENU represents many hours of effort on the part of the
  6.         author and UltraSoft Conputer Products. Please register this
  7.         product and support continued development of software from
  8.         UltraSoft to make your life more productive, efficient and
  9.         enjoyable.
  10.  
  11.         You are granted a temporary license to evaluate UltraMenu for a
  12.         period of 30 days. If it meets your needs and you continue to
  13.         use it, you must return the registration form provided along
  14.         with the registration fee. Registration is $15.00 for a standard
  15.         personal license for operation on one computer, and $25.00 for
  16.         a commercial or business license for one computer. Multiple copies
  17.         are available at a reduced charge for multiple systems. The purchase
  18.         of 5 or more business licenses, reduces the cost by 20% to $20.00
  19.         per copy.

  21.         Please sign the order form herein, acknowledging your acceptance
  22.         of the these terms and forward it to UltraSoft at the address
  23.         indicated below, along with your Registration Fee.

  25.         UltraMenu in it's current form is fully functional. However, with
  26.         Registration you will receive a copy(s) of the programs on diskette,
  27.         without any reminders or delayed prompts. You will also receive the
  28.         latest version available at the time your order is received, with
  29.         the possibility of new enhancements and features.
  30.  
  31.         Registration also entitles you to notification of upgrades when
  32.         they are released. The only costs you are subject to at that time
  33.         are costs of media and handling.
  34.  
  35.         Payments should be made in the form of a check or money order,
  36.         (please do NOT send cash!). Foreign orders must be in U.S.
  37.         funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
