  4.        This is still  Version 4.XX category.  There are two very substantial
  5.        enhancements - NOTEPAD and no need for RESTORE.EXE.
  6.  
  7.        NOTEPAD is explained in its own documentation.
  8.  
  9.        RESTORE no longer required. All records saved in  MODIFY or  ADD MODE
  10.        by pressing  <F10>SAVE will be saved  to disk with no real slowing of
  11.        the program.
  12.  
  13.        There are however, a few enhancements that should be mentioned.
  14.  
  15.        MAIN MODE
  16.  
  17.           Eliminated <F10>SAVE. Records saved in  ADD and  MODIFY MODES will
  18.           be saved to disk without any slowing of the program.
  19.  
  20.        SEARCH MODE <F5>
  21.  
  22.           You have choice of sorting your records  in Alphabetical or Tagged
  23.           order. Records are printed in the selected order.

  26.        PHONE MODE <F6>
  27.  
  28.        1. View other records while logging calls.  If you do not  log calls,
  29.           return to MAIN MODE to view a different record.
  30.  
  31.           The Up/Dn Arrows will scroll  through the records.  Press <F9> and
  32.           you are back to the called record.
  33.  
  34.           This enables you to talk to someone and, if necessary, retrieve or
  35.           view  information  in another  record.  You are  also able  to use
  36.           NOTEPAD in the other records.

  38.        2. View PHONE.LOG by pressing <F6>

  40.        PRINT MODE <F7>
  41.  
  42.           PHONE LOG allows you to print all or part of the phone.log
  43.  
  44.           Report 1st Screen now prints the Note: field
  45.  
  46.           Mail Merge now includes all phone numbers
